Witt Wellness was founded in 2024 with a mission to provide accessible healthcare which will empower individuals to live healthier, pain-free lives by providing expert physiotherapy and nutrition guidance. Witt Wellness is passionate about helping clients reach their fitness, recovery, and wellness goals through evidence-based practices and compassionate care.

Meet our Founder and your Practitioner

Kristen Witt, BPhty(Hons), Cert IV Nut

Physiotherapist | Nutritionist | Clinical Pilates

Kristen Witt holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Monash University, Certificate IV in Nutrition and is recognised by the Australian Physiotherpy Pilates Institute as a Clinical Pilates Instructor. Based in Sydney, Kristen works in private practice as a fully qualified and experienced Physiotherapist and Nutritionist. In addition to offering Physiotherapy and Nutrition services, Kristen is passionate about teaching and promoting the importance of professionally and clinically led Pilates, exercise, and strength training.

In her spare time, Kristen is often fueling her love for exercise by either going to gym or enjoying the great outdoors during a run or swim. She has a passion for basketball and AFL. She also generously volunteers her expertise at various sporting events, including the IGLFA World Championships, Parkrun, and Oxfam Trailwalker Events giving back to the community she loves.
