Hi, I’m Krissy.

I’m a physiotherapist and nutritionist, and I built Witt Wellness because I kept seeing the same problem: people getting health advice that was generic, disconnected, or just didn’t fit their actual lives.

I trained as a physiotherapist at the University of Western Sydney, graduating with Honours. But the more I worked with patients — managing injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical rehab — the more I saw that physio alone wasn’t telling the full story. What people ate was directly shaping how they moved, recovered, and felt. So I went back and trained in evidence-based clinical nutrition.

That combination — physio and nutrition working as one — is the foundation of everything I do. Most practices treat them like completely separate departments. Mine don’t.

I’m AHPRA-registered, which means my practice is regulated, accountable, and held to the standards of Australian health law. Everything I build — programs, plans, protocols — is grounded in clinical evidence, not trends.
